How can I as a woman support men in my community? Wear men’s clothing? Put on a fake penis? How could men show support to women who have been attacked? Wear a bra for a day? Clearly the author thinks people MUST wear something in public they wouldn’t normally wear to show support
This is a great comparison, but the hijab even goes a step further. Not only is it women’s clothing—it’s forced religious clothing for women! Women are forced to wear it all over the world. They are beaten, imprisoned and killed for not wearing it
