Growing up I was never allowed to watch Seinfeld (dirty Jews!) or Will & Grace (filthy gays!) so naturally I was obsessed w watching both shows as soon as I was free.
A recent episode of @WillAndGrace made me cry. It’s called “Bad Blood”.

Will rants about how tired he is w this fight. I cried because of what’s happening w #NoOutsiders in the UK. I cried because of how devastating and infuriating it is for me to be engaged re-fighting fights I thought we had already won—and I’m not even gay.

It was so ahead of it time in some of the issues it dealt with in some cases & in other I think it was perfectly timed in humanising the issue, highlighting how its about surrounding yourself with true friends you can call family, when their own didn't
