Could you explicate ‘islamaphobia’ a somewhat general term. And relation to Xenophobia which gets to dislike-fear of the Other.
Islamophobia is a term used in an attempt to shut down critics of Islam-the religion. Like a self-imposed blasphemy law Anti-Muslim bigotry is when someone is a bigot towards Muslim ppl Criticizing an ideology is acceptable and necessary-being bigoted toward ppl is the problem

Spot on! I've been seeing that made up word used as well. Islamophobia is a word used ONLY to censor criticism of Islam. This was a skirmish in the ongoing holy war between Christianity and Islam.
Usually when such a horrible incident would happen that included the death of kids, & elderly people. One would first take a moment express solidarity with victims, and their closed ones and criticise the attacker then explain something else.
Islamophobia is anti-Muslim xenophobia, in extreme case it does what happened in New Zealand, when the hatred becomes too much. Healthy debate on any religion or ideology should be encouraged, as long as it doesn't promote hatred.
