If you think an article of clothing creates "rape culture", then you're not paying attention. Women should have the FREE CHOICE to wear it or not wear it. You're no better than those who force women to wear it. Your motive is to control them. BAD idea.
Yes, they should have the free choice to wear it or remove it. Unfortunately millions of women have the choice to wear it but NO choice to remove it.

Your focus should be on the control of women, NOT on the clothing. You're directing your attention on the wrong point.
Yeah, that's exactly what they're doing in Saudi arabia and Iran, they're controlling women, by law, to wear the hijab and niqab. And when they don't they get imprisoned.

That has nothing to do with what Americans now refer to as our "rape culture". But the notion does point out that men alone are not responsible for it. First of all, it is a very world wide human trait in all cultures. The issue is respect for women and their self respect.
