Very sorry to break it to your fragile egos, but it’s not always about you
Muslim women rarely run or swim because it’s generally prohibited in Muslim communities
Your swoosh on lycra doesn’t change that fact, oh gracious ones
All youve done is support modesty culturehttps://twitter.com/YasMohammedxx/status/1101220182083686400 …

Just like Apple and Google supporting an app that facilitates gender apartheid These Western companies are supporting oppression and working AGAINST progress when they support the bad ideas we are fighting against in our communities. Let us try to progress our communities, ffs

Women are killed fighting these oppressions and you’re all over here supporting their oppressors Feminists in Saudi are in prison for fighting against guardianship laws and you support it w apps Women in Iran are in prison for removing hijabs and you support it w a swoosh

That's irrelevant. The fact that I saw your twitter post on a feminist Instagram page
@stardust.feminism angers me because as a feminist myself, I know that that is NOT something to stand for.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -
Hijab what my parents forced me to wear you look at it as a choice I don't and I even don't have the right to disagree with them she's fighting for the people she knows they don't want this

Then, instead of saying nohijab and trying to abolish hijab, she shall be fighting for the right of choice to wear hijab. Just as it is unfair for you to be forced to wear hijab, it is unfair for her to try to abolish something that a lot of people chose for themselves.

You don’t even follow me. You know nothing about me. I have never tried to ‘abolish’ the hijab. I fight for women who do not have the *basic right to choose* to be #FreeFromHijab. If women get to CHOOSE to wear hijab, then there’s no issue to fight. Duh.

Replying to @YasMohammedxx @ConfessionsExMu and
How is burning hijabs and blaming injustices on a piece of cloth helping women who don't have a choice gain a choice? I understand that women should have the right to wear the hijab or not but the HIJAB doesn't force them to wear it, people with wrong Islamic beliefs do!
