The enforcement comes from the government, the family, and/or the religious community.

I don’t care about the reputation of any creed or belief. However, I care about people aimlessly targeting a country or belief based on their own biases. Not all women cover up due to force, and many women don’t cover up at all out of choice in PK. When did you visit

Which version, there are a billion of them, many of them having their own set of beliefs and values. Same is the case with other religions like Hinduism. It's a problem of region not religion. And you can't paint the billion of them because of small minority.
