Totally agree. 5he problem is that there will be little evidence of what she's done over there so I'm guessing if she's charged and that's a big if then it will be a very very short sentence.

Yes, good point. Another reason to leave her to be charged over there. If she’s charged over there, it will be much easier to collect evidence. Charging her over here makes it almost impossible to make a case against her when all the evidence/witnesses etc are so far away.

After the previous blunders the Tories have made on the issue, Javid seems more sensible with his take on how to deal with it. The UK does have the methods and means of dealing with terrorists who go abroad (as Javid says), now is the time to use them.
