Their choices of policies and reasons why should give an educated guess. If evangelical Christian say thinks a soul is in a foetus from day 1 then you chalk it up as religious influence. If Muslim says blasphemy should be outlawed then the same applies.
Absolutely. I think we need to be just as vigilant w watching for those signs w all religious politicians. If we’re trying to progress society, then we need to watch for insidious attempts to enact ancient values.
