I went out without my hijab today for the first time ever since I was 11 years old. I can feel my heart soar when I felt the wind in my hair. So this is what freedom feels like.

Such a small thing but the hate when a woman take off her hijab is unbelievable. It's practically a social suicide. But a small price to pay for freedom and agency
