this is your / my position (supported by evidence); not theirs. Saying "I am pro-life" and supporting the death penalty is a contradictory stance. Saying "I believe in your right to wear hijab, or expose your chest as you see fit" isn't.
The womens march doesn't endorse the ditching of hijabs. They don't march for Iranian women's Rights or Saudi Arabian women's Rights. Look past their polished PR statements.
2/ now they may be WRONG in believing true choice re:hijab wearing is desirable (or possible). But that is a different thing.
True choice is possible only in one direction, i.e. the choice to wear one (free anywhere) vs the choice to not wear one (punished in any culture where it's mandated). In this context "true choice" is just deceiving people by presenting the choice that's free from consequence
