don't get me wrong I'm no fan, but I don't see the hypocrisy given their stance is notionally one of freedom to choose.
The notion that women should cover their nipples or their hair both stem from the same source: modesty culture. You can’t point out the problem w it while endorsing it at the same time.

Their stance is purportedly based on freedom of choice, not modesty culture. You/I can claim that that is a propagandist stance that doesn't reflect what they really believe -we know what Sarsour wants- but as a declared position, it is not hypocritical.
