I don’t know if I qualify as an IDW lefty friend, but here’s my take: I see no issue w what he said. If a fetus has a severe deformity or is otherwise non-viable, as he said, then it should absolutely be up to the parents and the doctors to decide what to do next, not the gov.pic.twitter.com/ORx03G5VI9

Also, Kermit Gosnell snuffed a few out that he could have otherwise put clothes on and sent home. That at least says to me, that though rare this stuff happens.

That’s how I took it too. I don’t think he even suggested that killing a non viable or severely deformed baby was an option. The only thing that is on the table is what life preserving efforts the family and doctors want to take in the moment.

At issue is the definition of "non-viable". That can mean anything.
Exactly correct! My girlfriend is a doctor and most people are unaware the term “viable” is different depending on where you live.
