Congratulations, but first please call this technique by it's correct "Vipasana" (not "Mindfulness"). FYI, Mindfulness is a Buddhist/Hindu vipasana meditation technique that has existed for very long time, that the west is trying to appropriate by deciet. @sankrant @RajivMessage

I don’t think it’s deceitful to help spread the practice around the world and allow more ppl to benefit from it. If I were you, I’d be happy that there are ppl that are helping to make the practice more accessible for more ppl.

I'm super horrible at this, but I can vouch for periods of positive cognitive therapy through stress reduction, muscle relaxation, and oxygenation of the body that aided with mood, sleep, anxiety, and appetite
