Well, first up, in my Canadian Islamic School, #hijab was the uniform, even for 5 yr old kindergarteners.
Our Science class taught the ‘miracles of the Quran’ like sperm comes from your backbone and the Earth is flat. Also, kill the infidels-especially Jews.

I have been studying Islam since 9/11, the Koran, Sunna (Sira/Hadith) and Sharia. Violent, confusing, contradictory. Side by side English/Arabic, Had a Muslim/Ex-Muslim friends help with translation, because I could not believe what I was read was real! It unfortunately is.

I disagree based on my experience at a Christian private school. At my school up until the 90s, certain classes were segregated by gender. And even though the government pushed to make sure that boys got home ec and girls got shop, our tasks were still gender biased.

If you want to make stuff up, make it more believable. Go ahead expose Islamic Schools. I went to one until grade 9 and it's true that the girls wear hijab but curriculum wise, they are better off than other schools. I'm now in med school so I guess I was taught the Earth is flat

It could be a different school. Ontario has some pretty lax laws about private education when the government does not fund the school.
