There are absolutely patties that have wanted to govern Ontario with Old Testament views, but no one ever took them seriously and they never fielded more than five candidates. Is this any different?

I hope not. I hope they are treated w the same disdain, but that hasn’t been our track record. We push Christianity it if school, yet are accommodating to Islam, for example. We need to be equally as vigilant against any religions pushing their ideologies into the public sphere.

Islam like any religion is a set of ideas and beliefs which can be *changed*. The color of one’s skin or one’s ethnicity cannot be. Ideas should always be subjected to scrutiny. Unchangeable attributes of a person should be irrelevant.

You’ve hit the nail on the head. Our cowardly politicians r so terrified of being labeled racists they will capitulate based on skin color. They mock modestly dressed Christians. If hijab were being pushed by white Norwegians, there would b violent protests and ridicule.
