I wouldn't use the word 'normal. There is nothing normal about the hijab. She must have meant 'acceptable'. But even so, what a sick concept, rooted at the crossroads of a pseudo-religion & a backward culture.

In Western societies, Islamists are grooming and radicalizing girls to motivate them to wear the so called hijab as a statement of partizanship. In doing so, they are also hoping to provoke negative reactions to exploit for publicity to further radicalize these teens. Conundrum
