Seriously,
Everything is provided for you on earth, none of which you create nor helped.
And your not sure if there is one greater than humans.
O.k.
That's the beauty of freewill.
You are totally free to think and believe whatever you like.
It's o.k.

The self is an illusion. You have no free will.

Big bang sounds like Genesis 1. It suddenly happened. Something came out of Nothing.

Except one is a theory based on scientific calculations, while the other is a fable based on nothing but the collective imagination of a few ancient men. Different cultures have different incompatible creation myths, but science doesn't care about culture, or your feelings.

Abrahamic religions essentially start the same way. God, creator of universe & all complexities of life, is also an authoritative disciplinarian who has harsh guidelines we must follow otherwise he will punish us to suffer for eternity. 1/2
-
Moral guidelines so important to God that he entrusted the knowledge of the guidelines to 1 random illiterate man in the desert, when there were no witnesses around. Humanity's only hope for salvation communicated to one random desert weirdo, by the creator of the universe 2/2

@Imamofpeace@RitaPanahi Absolutely! If there is a god wouldn't he tell each of us how to live personally & give us all a fair chance rather than having to rely on books & messengers from 1000 years ago. And wouldn't he make it easy to understand & not open to interpretationThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
