Shouldn't religious organizations be allowed to require that ppl believe in that religion before being hired? Do you want a Protestant teaching Catholic doctrine in a school? There is the constitutional right to freedom of association.

Teachers are generally hired for the subjects they teach. A Protestant is not going to be teaching Catholic doctrine. Religious schools hire teachers who don't teach any religious subjects at all, so their religion is irrelevant.
