This is the problem with the West's newfound tolerance of all cultural practises within its midst. Fearing being deemed 'racist' or 'illiberal', judges make exceptions, overlooking 'equality for all INDIVIDUALS within the law'. Tolerance of the intolerable is destructive to ALL.

I totally agree with you. I’m from Michigan. This news is just devastating. Lawmakers made some of the strongest laws in the country, after the fact. I can’t believe a judge would support this
