Think about this. My Catholic father in early1960s probably told me: Jews were misguided & didn’t realize Messiah had come. Women should stay home & not 'work'. Homosexuality was a sin. But he NEVER promoted hatred! NEVER! He may not have been right, but he NEVER told me to hate.
