I do think a lot of it is ppl caring more about what’s close to home (Christianity) vs what’s happening somewhere to ppl far away...but after 9/11, and so many more recent examples, there should be no doubt that this issue is close to home as well.

Thank you Yasmine! You are phenomenal. I’ve learned (and continue to learn) so much from you. Keep going, you have support, thank you for doing what you do. I want to help

Thank you, Sarah
xxxx You are helping. Videos like yours mean so much. I see so many books, movies, documentaries and TED talks about whistleblowers from different oppressive ideologies but Islam is always spared. That needs to end. It should be treated like all the others.

Yep. I have posted a tweet from a Ugandan Muslim who is attacking the Brits saying we are all gay and when terrorists bullets hit us we spray rabbit blood... Nothing from twitter yet although reported and reposted to show how unequal the policing of racist abuse is.

And Christianity is just Jewish fanfic - 3 weeds, 1 root. If the Abrahamic religions returned to the desert and were lost to the sands, the world would be much better.

Why so many people are so reverent of such an oppressive and violent religion is completely beyond me.

I think that the boundary between "Criticism of Islam" and "Bigotry against Muslims" has been deliberately blurred, and this is captured in the unhelpful word "Islamaphobia", so loved by the Muslim Brotherhood and others like them. /1
