I love israel and all but I think she should have sat this one out
1) Do you get this upset when you see hijabis splashed on every flat surface? They’re in advertisements for everything these days

You seem to be under the misconception that this is against hijab/niqab, in general. It clearly is not. It is against the forced veiling of women. Women should be free to choose. Thats the whole message of the ad. That’s why it references Iran and freedom.

No, I support the message. I just think the messenger is inappropriate and the fact that it's a paid advert makes it somewhat opportunistic. Not to drag it too far but there are a lot of things she can protest that would make more sense.. I'm not into paid Hollywood heroes
