I mean....the only thing I miss about being Muslim is the biryani at the fundraising dinners. Chinese food would get you no funds, bro. No funds.
I love all Indian that I’ve tried, but Bengali is my favorite. Granted, I have never had authentic Chinese cuisine..just the North American stuff that my Chinese international students tell me is an insult to their country’s cuisine

If you’re anywhere near a Chinatown, you should be able to find a one-room restaurant specializing in a few “authentic” dishes. Or a dumpling or hand-drawn noodle place.
