Can you even imagine a FATHER taking his SON for "cultural" EMASCULATION ???

Unfortunately yes - it's known as circumcision. It's common in Judaism and Islam for religious reasons and in the USA for cultural ones.

Anyone who shies away from condemning FGM for such reasons is a phony. Screw their sensibilities. FGM is criminal inexcusable scumbaggery and the cultures that tolerate it are bankrupt.
