      I've been standing outside my confirmed & paid @Airbnb rental for 2+ hours now. Key is not here. The promised instructions via SMS never arrived. It's a cold 5 a.m. It's raining lightly, and I'm upset. All the nearby stores are closed. My battery is at 27%. I'm getting worried.

      For those following: It's been 3.5 hours since I was supposed to be asleep. Time is 6:38am Their solution: "find a Dunkin Donuts nearby, get food and coffee on us. Only up to $10" "We can't help you until we reach the host. Wait another hour, then we'll "look into alternatives"

      This is messed up. Never using @Airbnb again! Instead of owning up to a screwup, and giving me another place to stay at, they have me falling asleep at Dunkin Donuts. I landed 5 hours ago, I need a bed, not coffee. Can't even give me a clear answer until another hour will pass.
