I don’t disagree w that. I’m saying he’s not a rapist, not just because of that one event, but because, if he were, it would have come up in 6 FBI background checks. I think he did something horrible then, but I don’t think it’s fair to characterize him as a rapist in general.
I also personally don’t want him confirmed because I disagree w his values...but that’s a separate issue.

But that’s a not a separate issue at all. He did this sort of thing quite frequently as his high school/ college mates suggest - why else he would be notorious for it with yearbook entries about it? It also proves how little he always thought of women. 7Fs.
