I agree. Yassmin doesn't know what she is talking about. People do have a right to be presumed legally innocent. This is not the same as not believing an accuser outright. It does mean the accused have a right to defend themselves in a court.
I’ve read of men being dismissed as liars as well. This isnt about men and women-this is about accusers and accused.
Maybe #BelieveWomen needs a new mantra.
