If I believe all women but not all men am I not practicing the sexism of lower expectations?
I don’t think a presumption of innocence is dependent on sex.

One is accuser the other is accused. In a healthy legal system each are equally taken seriously. The ability to lay out claim & refute it is the proof! Innocence can only be granted by judge & jury. We say innocent until proven guilty to prevent abuse of power in court system.
