Sure, thought the vast majority of people who are obese are so not because of eating mostly kale and exercising lots. My issue is not with obese people per se, but with the promotion and glorifying of it in an age where obesity is the cause of many ailments

Fair enough, but unlike sick smokers, I think sometimes representing different body types/colors etc can only be a positive thing for society. Obviously celebrating unhealthiness is not a positive thing. I guess you can do that by celebrating athletes w large bodies or something.

1/ I agree, and being large is not the same as being a smoker. You have to choose to start smoking, even if it's an addiction. You don't always get to choose to be fat. I eat less than 1000 calories a day and do as much exercise as possible.
