Doesn't EXMNA do that?
One day, I want to establish an org for #ExMuslims that supports them in the same way @HoldingOutHELP helps ex-FLDS and @FootstepsInc helps ex-Hasidic.

EXMNA is an excellent but it is online. I want to set up an actual bricks and mortar org where ppl can walk in and join a support group or get their hair done after removing hijab etc. I have no idea how I could do it as Muslims are all over-Hasidic and FLDS are in specific areas

Yasmine, how do ex-Muslim organizations currently help Muslims/ex-Muslims who might face violence at home? Who are the "ally" organizations? Or are there any yet?

I think most exMyslims just use the general support systems that are set up for everyone-but obviously there are some ways that the general authorities can fail them. An extreme example is Banaz: A Love Story https://youtu.be/YNGtNt80tDQ
