You have no idea how many people get hurt when they go to religious pilgrimage to Saudi and see first hand the lavish style of Saudi monarchy contradicting the teachings of the religion from which it makes money.
How so? There’s nothing in Islam that vilifies wealth. That’s a very Christian concept. Or do you mean because they are focusing so much on material/dunya things? What surprised me the most was how *terribly* they treat their fellow Muslims from other countries.
No actually muslims who have grown up with stories of humbleness and humility of the Prophet in his struggle for spreading religion finding contradictory behaviour of Saudi royals and the rich that can have flats and pray in Makkah tower
Every religion preaches moderation but their religious representatives have a good time with the wealth acquired with having to put next to none effort.
