Saudi is an absolute monarchy and they frequently have temper tantrums if anyone dares to not fully agree w them. They’re used to getting absolute support and react like this when they dont. I'm just embarrassed that Canada had bigger balls than us on this issue. Never in my life I don't think have I ever heard much public criticism either from an official or just on the media toward KSA. We're terrified.

You have no idea how many people get hurt when they go to religious pilgrimage to Saudi and see first hand the lavish style of Saudi monarchy contradicting the teachings of the religion from which it makes money.
How so? There’s nothing in Islam that vilifies wealth. That’s a very Christian concept. Or do you mean because they are focusing so much on material/dunya things? What surprised me the most was how *terribly* they treat their fellow Muslims from other countries.
TBH Canada never should have sold them all that military equipment they'll just use to crack down on Shias, protestors, etc.
