His name was Bruno Gerussi. I think he was Italian. I don't see how it's racist to confuse and Asian with an Italian.
I just remembered that, when I was little, I used to think @DavidSuzukiFDN and the guy who starred in the Beachcombers were the same guy. My husband laughed at me and called me racist
