Yep. We apostates talk about Islam for two reasons: 1) Its core belief is false (ask any non-Muslim historian if the Quran came down from heaven). Challenging it is hence similar to challenging young-Earth creationism or Holocaust denial. 2) It causes immense harm in the world.
