So shouldn't the original judge be put in prison for contempt of the Law?
#TommyRobinson is a free man today after the Court of Appeal ruled there were technical flaws in the ruling of the judge who jailed him.

No he is not a free man. He is out on bail pending resentencing re the offence in Leeds to which he pleaded guilty and his appeal against his original conviction was turned down
