I wish more ppl thought like you. Most are Muslim just because they were deemed that way at birth. They know close to nothing about the religion they identify w. Which is so weird to me. They wouldnt identify w a political affiliation or anything else without researching it first
Several of my Saudi friends hated mosque, enjoyed a drink of scotch and moaned about the Saudi royals & government. It seems they got the koran shoved down their their throat at school and don't want to know after that, but renouncing Islam is not an option.
