How many #ExMuslims had to eat on the floor with one knee up and with 3 fingers as per Sunnah? And drinking water? Were you told you had to drink it in 3 gulps (again, as per Sunnah). Just trying to gauge how extreme my upbringing was

Been there. One leg up, 3 fingers, drink a glass of water during the course of eating, 3 different prayers before during and after eating, saying "Subhan Allah" every time you gulp down the food in your mouth. Never lie down on your stomach cause satan rides your back.
