The practice of selective diversity is infuriating and I desperately want it to be challenged. The industry preaches the raising up of marginalized voices, but not all voices are treated equally. If I was a publisher I would be honoured to be able to acquire your manuscript.

If no publishers will see sense, please consider amazon self publishing. You'll have a runaway hit, I promise, and will need to give less of the royalties to a publisher. Just something to consider.
