My daughter is 9. Today is her last day of Gr4.
She plays on the monkey bars, rides her bike, swims, dances, plays soccer etc. She is in the peak of enjoying her childhood.
This is the age when #hijab was put on me. I was 9 when my childhood was snatched from me.

Well done to you Yasmine for allowing your daughter the freedom you didn't have. My daughter is nearly 9. She is the happiest girl and it makes me so angry so many others don't have that happiness due to regulations, rules and religion. You're an inspiration
