He couldn't remember that Canada was 150 yo even though his government spent $500 million on the celebration. You expect him to remember something trivial like this?

Good job tweeting out a picture of a headline. Last year, only 11 children were detained separated from their parents and these numbers keep on getting better since the last five years. Compared to more than 2000 children since Trump's crackdown in April.

We definitely don't put thousands of children in cages and I'm glad that my PM speaks out against it. Don't act as if the situation is the same in Canada. Please retract your statement.

How about you link to the damn article Yasmine instead of being a broker of dishonesty. I will also remind you Canada took in 40K of Syrian refugees in 2016, most of whom were families. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/canada-detention-children-united-states-1.4709632 …

From that page ... "Last year, 151 minors were detained with their parents in Canadian immigration holding centres." Maybe you missed "with their parents"? And there were just 11 detained without their parents. (Perhaps, ya know, they arrived without their parents.)

Supposedly, about 90% of kids here arrived without their parents, but that didn't seem to matter even a little bit.
