It’s definitely a risk. But repeating the way we’ve done it in the past (w no results) is nonsensical. This is a new angle that could go well or not...so far it’s going good. #ThinkPositive
I think, w the size of the egos at play here...leader to leader could be more productive. Makes him feel important, so he’s disarmed and more open. Maybe I’m a hopeless optimist, but I’ve dealt w many small men w overinflated egos and I feel like this was worth the risk.
I feel like we’ve had different experiences when it comes to managing small egos! Not saying they’re going to lay their proverbial dicks out on the table, but it at least feels that way.
