A lot of friends out there at the moment are being far, far braver than I about past and present experiences of depression and anxiety. I’ve become too private a person to put that stuff out in public. But it’s important, I think, not to hide things that might help other people.
I wonder if there’s something about our world today that makes so many more of us struggle w depression and anxiety. Is it more prevalent now..or are we just more open about it, so it seems that way?
