The results of IQ tests may be influenced by external factors. A correlation does not mean causation. Example: when people eat more icecream there's also high incidence of sunburns. There's no causality. A third factor (summer) increases both burns and icecream.
I agree they are generally smarter than the rest of us...I do not agree that they are superior.
