Im not usually one to see conspiracies, but I feel like this is so stupid that there has to be some ulterior motive. I now honestly think the govt is fueling the fire to encourage vigilantes to do the job theyre unwilling to do. They WANT a fight btwn the farright and the jihadis

Ok, after reading more on it, it turns out that Robinson was reporting on a case w a reporting restriction. It was a stupid move and his arrest is valid. His insistence that he never said a word (in the above video) is apparently not true. https://twitter.com/jackbuckby/status/1000024401700507649 …

Yasmine, time and time again we are told about "far-Right' threats in the UK. There is no credible threat - yet. The UK is giving protected speech to religious misogynists. Like the ones entering Leeds court here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=985&v=Zuq2ZAgjGwk …

This inexplicable ‘reporting restriction’ just backfired in a major way when they arrested Robinson.

If I understood Stephen's tweets on this correctly: Tommy knew that shouting "nonce" (=pedo) at defendants *as a journalist* ran afoul of UK law and did it anyway

Thanks for that. I'll go read his thread.
