Most of the time, school cafes are a different company altogether. I worked for Compass for years, they had cafes in many schools and other companies like it has theirs in many schools.

The money was GIVEN to Harvard so the real question is: Who was managing & overseeing the distribution of funds? What other entities have been given money they really shouldn't have been given? Are "fiscal conservatives" not concerned about the gross wastage of taxpayer $?
