  1. Iowa Democratic Party told presidential campaigns on call that the party plans to release the "majority of the results" by 4 p.m. CST/ 5 p.m. EST today.

  3. Iowa Dems have an 11 a.m. call w/ campaigns. The party says, "Precinct level results are still being reported to the Iowa Democratic Party." Also, they say while the app was "recording data accurately, it was reporting out only partial data." Full email to campaigns below.
