In 2014 Jeremy Corbyn participated in a memorial ceremony in Tunis in the Palestinian martyrs cemetery. He said he was there to commemorate those killed in Israeli airstrike in 1985, and people "killed by Mossad in 1992"

The 1992 refers to Atef Bseiso, allegedly a Black September operative assassinated in 1992 because of involvement in Munich. Did Corbyn know of his alleged involvement in Munich? It's unclear.

But the wreath was placed on the tomb of Abu Iyad, Salah Khalaf, the Fateh ideologue, Arafat's close advisor, who is also said to be connected to Black Sep. Khalaf may have been responsible for Munich. But he was also involved in pushing the PLO to recognise Israel >>

Read about him in wikipedia. He was a man "who had been instrumental in bringing about the shift of PLO policy toward greater pragmatism", and initiated the PLO-US dialogue. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salah_Khalaf …

Khalaf was killed together with two advisors in 1991, not by Mossad but by a Palestinian faction, opposed to Fateh. It was a serious blow to Arafat. He's the most senior person buried in the cemetery, with widest tomb, and large plaque, and that appears to be place of the wreath.

Good reasons to think Khalaf was involved in targeting civilians, maybe Munich, and other attacks. Good reasons to think he was fully behind the move towards negotiations and end of the PLO armed struggle. Does it make him worthy of commemoration? your call.

In any case - you want to argue about dead Palestinian militants? It's Salah Khalaf's tomb we're talking about. Not Bseiso. Does it matter? I don't know. Do facts matter anymore?

I think the reaction is because of Corbyns wider association with terrorists and his failure to condemn them yet he condemns the rule of law in many places. It questions his fitness to lead a country not his fitness to be a misguided, out of touch, serial naysayer
-
Corbyn talks to terrorists to find a way to peace, Tories talk to terrorists to sell them arms.

...and compare notes!

Mo Mowlam asked Corbyn to help with the Northern Ireland peace talks. Even Ian Paisley thought he was a decent man, according to his widow Eileen Paisley.pic.twitter.com/uqjkukbNs2

Yes Corbyn received a prestigious International Peace Prize for his work in bringing peace to NI. Too humble to mention this.

Corbyn is not anti Semitic. He is so passionately against the injustices by Israel in the name of Judaism that he misses the wider context. His stand against Israel and for Palestinians condemned him well before he was Labour leader and won’t stop till he is ousted
-
not sure why you're saying this as a response to this thread which did not mention antisemitism

"To conclude, the degree of viciousness and antagonism with which the majority of the British newspapers have treated Corbyn is deemed to be highly problematic from a democratic perspective." https://www.lse.ac.uk/media@lse/research/pdf/JeremyCorbyn/Cobyn-Report-FINAL.pdf …

I think we should add this paragraph to every attempt to undermine Corbyn and the left

Where is the evidence that Bush family are friends with *Osama* bin Laden?
