@TeamYouTube If i have a permission from a song creator to use his song in my video without any copyright claim at all,can they still copyright me? If so,why?

That doesnt make sense,in that case spreading lies that the song is free and that is 100% copyright free is im pretty sure not allowed on YouTube. What about that situation?
