The 2022 Human Dignity Award recipient Cynthia 'Cynt' Marshall is the first African American female CEO in the NBA’s 75-year history & has trail-blazed a path for black women and women of color. Cynt’s once shared, “I am called to serve others and I’m inspired to help others.”

Our keynote speaker today, Charles Johnson, is a strong advocate of supporting our youth. Since the sudden passing of his wife, Charles launched the 4Kira4Moms Foundation committed to reducing maternal mortality rate & raising awareness about the maternal death crisis.

Our last 2022 Brotherhood Award recipient, , is a former NBA Star & investor. His strong sense of LA pride & sense of responsibility compelled him to help others from the African American community. For him, it’s about building community & creating a legacy of change.
