Xzax, I just wanna say as a friend that you've matured so much. Knowing the environment you were in, the sort of 'boy's club' menrality that happened there, I think it would've been very easy for you to shove it off as 'others did it, so I did too'. But you didn't.
What you've done is done, but how you live with your demons is all you. I can't speak on your apology, nor can I speak about what you did do, but I think taking accountability was the biggest first step What comes after, I don't know, but I believe in your ability to reform

I think it takes a level of integrity to admit to your mistakes like this without the victims commenting first. Obviously I cannot condone what you did, but acknowledging this means that you can only continue improve and mature.
